STEAMED MUSSELS
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Place onions and garlic in bottom of pan. Add mussels, then wine, oil and half of parsley. Cover and bring to boil. Steam about 5 min or until shells open. Serve in warm wide plate, spooning broth over. Sprinkle remaining parsley on top. Serve with toasted French bread to sop up liquid.
