BICARDI RUM BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cp vanilla wafer
crumbs, (50 cookies)
1/4 cp dark rum
1/4 cp honey
8 oz, 2 cps ground nuts
confections sugar

DIRECTIONS combine all ingredients, except sugar. Blend thoroughly. Shape into small balls about 1 in in diameter; Roll in sugar; Store in tightly covered container. Makes about 2 1/2 doz.
