Gone with the wind
INGREDIENTS:
Sprinkle 2 pkgs. Knox gelatin in l cup cold water, set aside. Separate eggs; put egg whites in large bowl. Beat egg yolks in pan, add sugar and milk. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, cool for 5 minutes, add Knox gelatin mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate until well chilled.
Beat egg whites until stiff. In separate bowl, whip cream, add vanilla, and add cooked mixture and egg whites. Line bottom of pan with graham crackers, pour all ingredients over crackers, refrigerate for One hour or until firm.
