GRAPEFRUIT PIE

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Combine cookies and 3 T sugar. Stir in melted margarine. Press into 9 in pie plate; freeze. In small mixer bowl, beat milk & 1/2 cp sugar on med-low for 2 min to dissolve sugar. Add grapefruit juice concentrate. Mix well. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Beat until blended. Pour into pie plate. Freeze until firm (4 hrs). Garnish with grapefruit sections and fresh mint leaves.
