IMPOSSIBLE PIE

INGREDIENTS:

• 4 eggs
• 1 cp coconut
• 1/2 cp flour
• 2 cp milk
• 3/4 cp sugar
• 1/4 cp oleo
• 1 t baking powder
• 1 t vanilla

DIRECTIONS Blend in blender for 1 min. Grease and flour 9 in pie plate. Bake (350) 45 min- 1 hr.
