PIE CRUST WITH EGG

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 1/2 cp flour
• 1 t salt
• 1 cp shortening
• 1 egg
• 1 T sugar
• water

DIRECTIONS Blend flour, salt and shortening. Beat egg with fork, add sugar and enough water to make 1/2 cp.
