SOUTHERN PECAN PIE

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 9 in pastry shell
• 1 cp pecans
• 3 eggs
• 1 cp dark corn syrup
• 1/3 cp sugar
• salt
• 1/4 cp melted butter

DIRECTIONS Line pastry shell with pecans. Beat eggs well and add the corn syrup, sugar, salt and butter. Pour into crust and bake in hot oven (425) 10 min, then (350) 40 min. Cool before serving. If you do not have sugar, brown sugar can be substituted.
