CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE PASTA

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Sauté garlic and onion in garlic oil. Add chicken breasts, sauté until almost done. Add tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms and pepper flakes. Cook 20 min or until tomatoes break down. Add evaporated milk and basil, combine. Toss with linguini. Top with cheese.
