CHICKEN FAJITAS

INGREDIENTS:

MARINADE:

DIRECTIONS Pour marinade into 1 gal zip lock plastic freezer bag. Add chicken, mix well, chill 20 min or overnight. Slice thin pepper and onions. (optional add red pepper.) Combine vegetables in a lightly oiled 10x15 rimmed pan. Bake (400) for 10 min. Push vegetables to side of pan. Lay chicken in pan. Frequently baste meat and vegetables with marinade. Bake about 20 min. Divide among tortillas. Roll to enclose. Eat out of hand, adding lime. Serves 4.
