CHICKEN HAM BAKE

INGREDIENTS:

• 1/4 cp chopped onion
• 1/4 cp margarine
• 2 T parsley flakes
• pepper
• 1/2 t poultry seasoning
• 1 cp crackers
• 1/4 cp water
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cp chopped cooked chicken
• 1/2 lb cheese spread
• 6 slices boiled ham

DIRECTIONS Sauté onion in margarine until tender. Add parsley, seasoning, crackers, water, eggs, chicken 1/2 cubed cheese. Mix well. Place large spoonful of mixture in center of ham slice. Fold ham over stuffing. Cover dish, bake (350) 20-25 min. Lay rest of cheese slices over ham. Return to oven until cheese is melted (5 min).
