CROCK POT CHICKEN With GARLIC

INGREDIENTS:

DIR: Place peeled garlic in bottom of slow cooker. Add chicken. Do not add salt. Seal top with foil before putting on cover. Cover and cook on low 5-8 hours. Do not remove cover while cooking. Check after 5 hours. Remove chicken pieces. Pour juice and garlic pieces into blender. Add salt if needed while blending. Serve with red wine, tossed green salad and French or sourdough bread to dip into chicken juices. NOTE: May be cooked the day before and warmed the next day. Make 6 servings.
