Grilled Garlic Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

 

DIRECTIONS Wash and dry chicken breasts. Wash and dry herbs and measure out 1 T each, finely chop garlic. Mix herbs, garlic and oil in small bowl. Season with pepper. Dip chicken breasts into mixture, coating well on both sides. Prepare stove-top grill and cook chicken on both sides until well browned and cooked through, turning once or twice. 2 servings. 155 cal, 4 g fat, 65 mg chl, 75 mg sodium, 2 g carb, 23% cal from fat.
