Pasta Chicken and Zucchini

INGREDIENTS:

 

DIRECTIONS Cook rotini pasta. While cooking, thaw chicken if frozen. Cut into 1/2 in cubes. Chop onion, sauté in oil. Add chicken and garlic. Slice zucchini. Add and stir in pan. Reduce heat, cover and cook 5 min. Cut tomato in bite-size cubes and set aside. Finely cut parsley. Remove pan from heat. Stir in tomatoes and parsley, re-cover pan, Drain noodles and add to skillet. Add cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
