PENN DI POLLO
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Slice squashes and leeks. Heat oil in sauté pan. Add squashes and leeks, sauté 2 min, add garlic and chicken, cook few more min. Add tomatoes, then basil and thyme. Add broccoli, then chicken stock, and reduce heat. Dip cooked pasta in boiling water; drain well. Add vegetables and 4 t ROMANO CHEESE to pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
