Anchovy appetizer salad
INGREDIENTS:
Arrange lettuce on 4 plates and in center of each place 2 anchovies. Arrange olive slices in circle around anchovies and fill center of each olive slice with caviar. Border with sieved hard boiled egg yolks and arrange chopped egg whites in outer circle. Serve with dressing.
Serves 4
Use chopped smoked salmon instead of anchovies AS AN OPTION
