Appetizer artichoke and crab meat salad
INGREDIENTS:
Mix artichokes and crab meat and chill. Combine cream, mayonnaise, ketchup Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Chill. When ready to serve combine sauce with the artichoke and crab mixture.
Serves 6
May also use cooked shrimp or lobster meat instead of crab meat. Add ¼ cup chopped ripe or green olives.
