ARTICHOKE and SALMON PASTA SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 pkg frozen artichokes
• 8 oz orzo style pasta
• 1/2 cp plain yogurt
• 1/2 cp reduced cal mayonnaise
• 1/4 cp chopped fresh dill
• 4 t Dijon mustard
• 4 oz smoked salmon, flaked
• salt pepper
• dill for garnish

DIRECTIONS Cook pasta and artichokes separately. Combine all ingredients, (gently stirring in salmon). Serve, Garnish with sprig of fresh dill. 4 Servings,
