CAESAR SALAD
INGREDIENTS:

CODDLED EGGS: Boil raw eggs 1 min. Break lettuce into bite size pieces.
Pour garlic flavored oil over Romaine lettuce. Sprinkle pepper and salt over lettuce. Toss gently. Break coddled eggs, add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Toss 2-3 times. Sprinkle Cheese over salad. Add croutons, Toss again. Arrange on salad plate and serve Immediately. (Prefer to make dressing into bowl, then add lettuce and croutons and toss.)
