CARROT SLAW

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 1/2 lb shredded carrots
• 1 t grated lime peel
• 1/3 cp lime juice
• 2 T distilled vinegar
• 2 T honey
• 1 T dijon mustard
• 1 t caraway seed
• 1/4 t crushed dried hot chilies

DIRECTIONS In a 1 quart zip lock plastic freezer bag, combine all ingredients. Squeeze bag to mix ingredients; add salt to taste. Press air from bag; seal.

Chill up to 2 days.
