MOOS POTATO SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

• 8 red potatoes, cooked
• peel and slice, not diced
• scallions,
• celery
• cucumbers
• mayonnaise
• milk
• pickle juice
• salt/pepper
• sliced eggs

DIR: Mix everything but potatoes and eggs. Toss with potatoes, garnish with eggs and paprika.
