PANZANELLA TUSCAN BREAD SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place bread on baking sheet, bake until lightly browned, tossing once. Drain oil from marinated tomatoes into small bowl. Halve tomatoes and combine in large bowl with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and onion. Add vinegar, water, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper to reserved oil. Whisk to blend thoroughly. Pour over tomato mixture, toss. Just before serving, add bread cubes, toss and serve. 6 servings,
