POTATO BROCCOLI SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 sm red potatoes quartered
- -cooked & cooled
- 10 oz frozen-thawed broccoli
- 1/2 cp olive oil
- 1/4 cp cider vinegar
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cp sliced scallions
- 1/4 t tarragon leaves
DIRECTIONS Combine potatoes and broccoli. Combine remaining ingredients
in separate bowl. Pour over vegetables, refrigerate 2 hours.
