SPICY RED COLESLAW

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS In bowl, beat to blend, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seed and cumin. In another bowl, place cabbage, radishes, carrots, parsley and onion. Add dressing and gently mix. Cover and chill at least 30 min up to 6 hours. Mix again just before serving, add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 6 servings, 100 cal, 7.2 g fat, 9 g carbo.
