STEAK SALAD With PICKLED VEGIES
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb leftover steak, sliced
- 1 rib sliced celery
- 1 cp drained pickled veg's
- 1/4 cp drained, chopped roasted peppers
- 1/4 cp chopped parsley leaves
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- lettuce leaves (red leaf)
DIR: Toss together everything except lettuce. Serve on lettuce.
