MARYLOUS FISH CHOWDER

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Sauté onions in 1/3 cp butter until golden, sprinkle with 3 T flour. Add potatoes, salt, pepper and boiling water. Stir well. Arrange fish fillets on top. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender-(about 20 min.) Add milk, evaporated milk, 3 T butter. Heat--don't boil. Let cool. Flavor improves if heated and cooled a couple of times.
