CRANBERRY NUT BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS 1- Sift flour, sugar, powder, soda and salt. 2- Cut in with shortening until it resembles coarse oatmeal. 3- Combine juice, rind and egg. Pour all at once into dry ingredients. Mix just enough to dampen. 4- fold in nuts and cranberries. 5- Spoon into greased 9x5x3 pan. Spread corners higher than center. Bake (350) 1 hour.
