EASY BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Dissolve salt, sugar and lard in water and milk that have been brought to a boil. Stir the yeast in a cup of lukewarm water. Allow to stand until yeast works. Then add to above mixture. Stir in 3 quarts of flour, (unnecessary to sift) 1 cup at a time. Allow dough to rise once or twice. Make into loaves or rolls. Bake (375) 20 min for rolls. (325) 25 min for loaves.
