EASY PROCESSOR PASTRY

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 cps all purpose flour
• 1/4 cp cold butter (chilled)
• 1/4 cp cold Crisco (chilled)
• 1/2 cp sour cream

DIRECTIONS Using steel knife, add flour, butter and Crisco to bowl of food processor. Cut shortening in with short bursts until mixture resembles peas. Add Sour cream and process just until mixture forms a ball. Refrigerate dough wrapped in waxed paper or plastic wrap 1 hr before using. Can be frozen. Also can be made by hand.
