HOT ROLLS
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Measure water into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle in yeast. Stir until dissolved. Add biscuit mix; beat vigorously about 1 min. Turn on to floured board and knead 20 times. Let rest 5-10 min. Cut off pieces of dough and shape into 2 inch balls. Dip into melted butter. Place in greased pan. Cover, rise, until double- (about 40 min.) Bake in (400) 20 min. SWEET ROLLS. Make rolls half the size as dinner rolls. Dip into melted butter, then sugar and cinnamon.
Place close together in pan. Scatter nuts on top. Bake about 15 min.
