ONE HOUR DINNER ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS In food processor whirl 2 1/4 cp flour, cornmeal, yeast, sugar and salt. (or mix in a bowl) Heat milk and butter to 130 degrees. With motor running, pour milk mixture then egg, into processor. Whirl until dough pulls cleanly from container about 1 min. (if it clings, add more flour 1 T at a time) If doing by hand, Add hot liquid, beat thoroughly, add egg continue to beat. Knead briefly. Season and shape. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place 15-20 min. Bake in (400) 15 to 20 minutes.
