POTATO ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Combine 2 cps flour, potatoes, sugar undissolved yeast and salt in large bowl. Heat water and butter until 125-130 degrees. Stir into yeast mixture. Stir in remaining flour to make soft dough. Knead until smooth- (6-8 min). cover and let rest 10 min. Divide into 16 pieces, form into balls. Place in 2 greased round cake pans. Cover let rise about 40 min. Sprinkle with flour, and bake (400) 20 min. Cool on wire racks. NOTE: To use instant potatoes, combine 1/3 cp water, 2 T milk. Bring to boil, remove from heat and stir in 1/3 cp instant potato.
