ROTARY FESTIVAL MUFFINS
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS MIX sugar, oil, salt, flour (substitute with whole wheat, oats, or wheat germ), soda, eggs, and milk. THEN ADD cinnamon, ginger, molasses, bran, raisins, and nuts. Substitute what ever you feel like! KEEP IN REFRIGERATOR NOT FREEZER FOR UP TO 8 WEEKS. Bake as needed (350) 20 min. Note: The batter is very thick and gets thicker in the fridge as the cereal absorbs liquid. The muffins are better as the batter sits.
