SHORTCAKE CREAM BISCUITS
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to (425) In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add 1 1/4 cp cream. Stir mixture until it just forms a dough and gather into a ball. Knead dough gently 6 times and pat 1/2 in thick. Make biscuits until all dough is used, should be 8 biscuits. Brush with additional cream and bake 12-15 min. Serve at room temperature with strawberries and cream.
