SOFT PRETZELS

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand 10 min. Stir in milk, sugar, salt and 2 cp flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. / Turn dough on lightly floured board, knead until smooth (10 min), Place in greased bowl, turn grease side up and cover. Rise 1 hr. / Turn onto light flour board, roll into 18 x 10 inches. Cut length wise into 10 strips, 1 in wide. Roll on floured board until 20 in long. Form loop, twist twice, and fasten at opposite sides to form shape, see Photo. Let rise uncovered on floured board 30 min.
