WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Scald milk, add fat, butter, salt, sugar. Add cold water to cool. When cooled, add yeast that has been dissolved in 1/4 cp warm water. Stir in flour and turn onto floured board. Knead to mix. Return to covered, greased bowl for several hours. Punch down and knead again. Shape into loaves-in greased pans.
Cover, let rise again. Bake (350) 50 min for bread. Or (400) 20-25 min for biscuits.
