Glazed Turkey TenderloinsServings: 4 Ingredients:1 pound turkey tenderloins1/3 cup orange marmalade spreadable fruit 1 teaspoon finely chopped gingerroot or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Instructions:Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook turkey tenderloins in skillet over medium heat about 5 minutes or until brown on 1 side; turn turkey. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring sauce occasionally, until juices of turkey run clear and sauce is thickened. Cut turkey into thin slices. Spoon sauce over turkey. 4 servings |
