Bone FillingServings: 6 Ingredients:2 tbsp. bacon, diced2 tbsp. red bell pepper, diced 2 tbsp. yellow bell pepper, diced black pepper, to taste 1 qt. cooked yellow grits 6 lb. Cured Ribs Instructions:Render bacon in skillet. Add bell peppers and black pepper; saute lightly. Peppers should be firm. Fold mixture into cooked grits; reserve. Place ribs on cutting board; gently push out bones. As bones slide out, pipe grit mixture into cavity. Cover; refrigerate until chilled. |
