Watercress Finger Sandwiches

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

4 slices white bread
1 bunch watercress
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper


Instructions:

Trim crust off bread, then butter each slice. Wash watercress, then chop very fine. Add mayonnaise and seasoning to watercress; mix thoroughly. Spread watercress mixture on two slices of the bread, and top with remaining slices. Cut sandwiches in half; serve garnished with watercress.
