PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg pistachio pudding
• mix, instant
• 3 eggs
• 1 cp club soda
• 1 cp oil
• 1/2 cp chopped nuts

TOPPING

• 1 1/2 cp milk
• 1 env dream whip
• 1 pkg pistachio instant pudding

DIRECTIONS Blend all ingredients in large mixing bowl, beat 2 min at med speed. Bake in greased floured bundt pan (or any cake pan). (350) 50 min Bundt; 40 min for round cake pan. Cool 15 min and remove from pan. Spread with topping as desired.
