FISHERMANS DELIGHT

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Melt butter, add onions, cook until soft. Add flour and milk to make cream sauce. Arrange fish and shrimp in buttered casserole, sprinkle with parsley and mushrooms. Pour 1/2 sauce over fish. Top with layer of sliced potatoes, then remaining sauce. Bake (375) 1 hr.
