Salmon With Dill Vegetables

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS In glass baking dish, large enough to hold fish in single layer, combine vinegar, mustard and dill. Add salmon and turn to coat both sides. Let marinate for 5 min. Flip pieces to marinate an additional 5 min. Cut 4 squares of foil and coat the dull side with non-stick spray. Place piece of salmon in center of each square. Top with pepper, tomato and onion, drizzle with marinade. Seal packets and place on baking sheet. Bake (375) for 20 min. 4 servings, (249 cal, 10 g fat, 86mg chl, 77mg Na, 37% cal from fat.)
